In this lesson it talks about how creative I can be... Well to say so much I'm not much of a creative person. I like doing things simple, not an idea on my head. But it does say that creativity can come at any forms, either an accident or by purpose...I guess the only thing I can say is when it comes, it comes...
Communication is very important because its what we need in order to express our feelings... If we can't express our feelings then nothing will happen to us. That's why we have to communicate with other people...Now about Stress ManagementStress is one problem of health, though its unavoidable because people are always busy. But there are a lot of ways to avoid stress... Right exercise if I let stress get over to me I might just one day snap and do some things that are out of control. I watch one news that a student snap one day and brought a gone to a school and shoot the people there. Now that is one thing I don't want to happen, it's too scary.
In this lesson I've learned how to prepare a test. I guess it's not a good thing if I don't take a rest before the exam. I just usually review for the exam, that's all. I guess I the best way is to manage my time... During the test I have to be more careful in reading the directions it's one problem I don't want special when the instruction says NO ERASURES... And I've only had some tips for answering some tests... I guess its quite helpful but its still quite difficult...
SQ4R - Stands for "Survey, Question, Read, Recite and Relate"This Method is used for a better understanding when reading a story... I didn't even know there was such a method. In my previous years when we were assigned to read a short story or other genres, I just usually read through beginning and end then understand the contents, which is quite difficult because if the story is quite long then, I have to read it over and over again until I have understood it...Speed Reading Self-Pacing Methods:Here it teaches me how to read quickly. There were different methods but the problem is, I'm not much of a speed reader, if I read quickly then I won't be able to understand the words I'm reading...
In this lesson I've learned that setting goals will get you motivated to achieve what you wanted. As of now my goal is to finish college, get a stable job help my family and for me to have a bright future, and for that to happen I have to study real hard.
Although I have already learned this lesson I'm still having difficulty in correcting sentence errors. One thing I learned is that I have to put the modifier before the noun it describes, filling out words the sentence is missing but one thing I should do is I have to analyze the sentence carefully.
In this lesson I have learned that distractions needed to be taken care of before you could concentrate. I used to just leave it alone but now I make sure there are no distractions around me so I could concentrate well.I tend to forget a lot of things and it bothers me so much but then I learned that there is nothing wrong with it, because it's a natural thing. So instead of being upset about what I have forgotten I make a note of it and stick it in a place I'll always see it, that way I will remember it every time I see the note...
In this lesson I have learned that rushing yourself to solve a problem is not a good idea. I should take time and analyze what needs to be done, so that the results I will get will be more effective and successful. Like in doing projects I can't just simple do something out of nothing without details, I used to do that but now I learned to plan things over.It is the same in making decisions I can't just suddenly decide without analyzing, I realize I should take time and think things over.
In This lesson I have learned that I learn quickly by both visual and kinesthetic I learn quickly by highlighting important details and do things as for experience. Though this two learning styles are my strong points I could still use a different kind of strategy, like joining group studies in which I could enhance my auditory.By knowing my strengths and weaknesses on how to learn, I could improve what needs to be improved.
