Stress is one problem of health, though its unavoidable because people are always busy. But there are a lot of ways to avoid stress... Right exercise if I let stress get over to me I might just one day snap and do some things that are out of control. I watch one news that a student snap one day and brought a gone to a school and shoot the people there. Now that is one thing I don't want to happen, it's too scary.

Lesson 6: How to Avoid Cramming for Tests

In this lesson I've learned how to prepare a test. I guess it's not a good thing if I don't take a rest before the exam. I just usually review for the exam, that's all. I guess I the best way is to manage my time... During the test I have to be more careful in reading the directions it's one problem I don't want special when the instruction says NO ERASURES... And I've only had some tips for answering some tests... I guess its quite helpful but its still quite difficult...
